Solicitor Ross Jones of Glasgow, Scotland; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Scotland presented Ross Alexander Jones with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. 

The Council of the Law Society of Scotland found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

• Acted in reckless inaccurate and misleading information to Law Society ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ross!)
• Pretended he met with member of financial complaint department when in actual fact, as he well knew, he had not
• Allowed integrity to be called into question (What integrity?)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Ross practices with Jones Whyte Solicitors at 12 Fitzroy Place in Glasgow, Scotland.
