Attorney John Pincura III of Avon Lake, OH; ethical elf

The state of Ohio presented John David Pincura III with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School. 

The Lorain City Bar Association found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to carry out employment contract
• Failed to notify client regarding divorce hearing
• Signed divorce decree without consulting with client
• Failed to promptly inform client about divorce decree

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Johnny practices at 158 Lear Road in Avon Lake, Ohio.
