Is Judge James Brooks of California a certified bigot, moron,ethical parasite   Sadly, Judge James Brooks has been heavily involved in the keen competition in California to be awarded with the prestigious “Judicial Misfit of the Decade” Award. As you’ll see below, Judge James Brooks gives the moniker “Judicial Misfit” a bad name.
Over the years, (ca: 1996 – 2007) this Misfit has been disciplined at least five (5) times by the certified enablers and apologists employed by the California Commission on Judicial Performance. Judge Brooks’ voracious appetite in repeated visits to the “Judicial Misfit Apple Tree” is discussed below.
1st Bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
  In 1996, Judge Brooks received an advisory letter regarding his racist comments in court wherein he said:
Referred to Hispanic defendants as “Pedro”
Issued a bench warrant for an Asian defendant for “ten thousand dollars or twenty thousand yen”
Told a Hispanic defendant “you have more names than the Tijuana telephone book”
2nd Bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
In 1999, Judge Brooks received yet another complimentary advisory letter for making the following comments in open court as to how he would handle an assault on a family member.
“I would go down and punch his lights out”
Instead of calling the police, it would be, “touch them, you die”
3rd Bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
In early 2003, Judge Brooks received a complimentary “private admonishment” from the losers sitting on the California Commission on Judicial Performance for acting as follows in open court.
of a mobile home park as “Nazis” and analogized their actions to that of Nazis during the Holocaust.
Made remarks conveying his stereotypes of undocumented aliens, including that they received benefits (medical) they weren’t entitled to. The Court of Appeals reversed Jimmy’s judgment in the “aliens” case due to his obvious bias.
4th Bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
In 2007, Jimmy received a complimentary public admonishment for acting as follows in open court:
In a case involving an Arab litigant, Jimmy stated that the defendant transferred “much of the business property into the name of his wife, who in her native Syria probably wouldn’t be allowed to own any property.”
Jimmy illegally threatened to sanction a litigant in the amount of $10,000 in attorney fees if she failed to appear at a deposition and did so without even having before him any evidence that the attorneys would or could incur such fees (due process).
Conclusion
 The conduct of the die-in-the-wool enablers on the Judicial Commission proves beyond all doubt that Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct than we are. Of course these politically appointed hacks are not interested in protecting us from misfits such as Judge Brooks, despite their hyperbolic (BS) commentary to the contrary.
Put simply Boys and Girls, the blame for the egregious and irreparable injuries suffered by Californian’s who have appeared before losers like Judge Brooks can be firmly laid at the feet of these unrepentant enablers.
Shame on you for cheerfully and consistently “thumbing your collective” noses at protecting the citizens of California who seek to only have justice dispensed and not dispensed with.
