Attorney Frank Schulte of St. Paul, MN; serial offender

 

The state of Minnesota presented Frank Arend Schulte with a law license in 1994.

 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Frankie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Yelling at client in courthouse building
  • Disclosing confidential client information
  • Failed to return client property
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists  for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary private term of probation.

Frankie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to properly serve opposing party
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to timely turn over client file to new attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

 

Frankie’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to appear in court when required to so act
  • Failed to safely hold client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a second complimentary admonishment.

 

Frankie’s 4th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to maintain required trust account records
  • Paid for non-client expenses from trust account
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Frankie practices in Long Prairie, Minnesota.
