Attorney Michael Przybylski of Huntley, IL; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois provided Michael William Przybylski with a law license in 1998after she graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission charged Mike with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Illegally accessed arrest records via abuse of position with Cook County Sheriff
• Used illegally obtained records to send solicitation postcards for law practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015), Mike practices with Przybylski & Associates Ltd. at 12172 South Route 47 in Huntley, Illinois.
