Todd is a disgraced Jimmy Swaggart and Elmer Gantry Wannabee and Certified Charlatan who is a so-called Evangelical preacher who operates out of Gibsons, British Columbia, Canada.

During a recent (late September 2015) tweet from Rick Joyner’s MorningStar Comedy Ministries, Todd was preaching at Joyner’s church on the raising of the dead. (Kyle Mantyla)

During his hyperbolic (bullshit) rant to Joyner’s intellectually disabled followers, Todd laughingly claimed that he had recently cured a young girl suffering from Down syndrome and had also brought back a dead man who, two days earlier had been electrocuted so terribly that all of his internal organs had been melted.

Todd went on to say:

• “I wish we had a dead body we could pray for, but we don't. That would have been a great illustration."

Todd the Charlatan (means con-artist, Wilbur) went on to explain that he travels with a “raising the dead tent” wherein he places those who have recently died so that he can pray them back from the dead.

The only folks that believe that Todd is a modern day Lazarus are those who possess an I.Q. equal to the speed limit in a school zone.

One can only wonder how much money Todd the Charlatan has earned over the years by spewing forth his brand of Bullshit.

Congrats Todd; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Bullshitters”; you are far too humble.
