Attorney Bakary Conteh of Seattle; liar, repeat offender

The state of Washington presented Bakary Fansu Conteh with a law license in 2004.

The Washington State Bar found Bakary guilty of the following misconduct.

Bakary’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Falsely claimed immigration applicant had lived at his home address

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bakary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Bakary’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with candor toward a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bakary by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
