The state of California provided Michael Anthony Cisneros of with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client that case was settled
• Failed to inform client of receipt of settlement funds
• Accepted $5,300 arbitration award for client who later obtained settlement of $25,000 from another attorney after he fired Mike

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.
