Attorney Daniel Green of Randallstown, MD; ethical elf

The state of Maryland presented Daniel H. Green with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Maryland.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failure to supervise staff led to unauthorized practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Danny practices at 11100 Liberty Road in Randallstown, Maryland.
