The state of Maryland presented John Morgan Hall Jr. with a law license in 1979.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to inform client he had not filed claim on her behalf
• Failed to advise client he wasn’t going to represent her
• Failed to advise client to seek advice of another attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Johnny practices at 17000 Science Drive in Bowie, Maryland.
