Attorney Noah Burstein of Teaneck, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Noah M. Teaneck with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from St. Johns University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Noah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Took no action to restore client’s appeal
  • Failed to timely advise client complaint had been dismissed for lack of prosecution
  • Failed to timely advise client that appeal had been dismissed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Noah by

gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Noah practices at 722 Washburn Street in Teaneck, New Jersey.
