Attorney Michael Blacker of Fanwood, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Michael B. Blacker with a law license in 1966.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file divorce complaint on client’s behalf
• For several months misled (lied) to client re: filing of divorce complaint
• Lied to client that hearing would be held in 35 days if husband didn’t file an answer to the divorce complaint that he never filed
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Michael practices at 282 South Avenue in Fanwood, New Jersey.
