Attorney Jeffrey Beckerman of South Orange, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Jeffrey Scott Beckerman with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeffrey found it acceptable to knowingly violate the ethics rules by dividing fees with lawyers who were not part of the same law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Bruce practices with Beckerman & Beckerman at 75 South Orange Avenue in South Orange, New Jersey.
