Attorney Ronald Smith of Largo, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Ronald Frank Smith with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ronnie found it acceptable in failing to disclose a material fact to a third person as he was required to do.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.
