Attorney Douglas Gansler of DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Douglas F. Gansler with a law license in 1997.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Doug made improper out-of-court statements to the press in his capacity as state’s attorney for Montgomery County, Maryland in regards to three criminal prosecutions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Doug practices with Buckley Sandler LLP at 1250 24th Street NW in Washington, DC.
