Attorney Barbara Pusch of St. Petersburg, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided Barbara Elizabeth Pusch with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Barb guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client for more than a year
• Failed to act with due diligence in client’s divorce matter
• Abandoned client’s case
• Failed to contact client until after ethics complaint filed

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Barb by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Sept 2015), Barb is employed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at 140 Fountain Parkway North in St. Petersburg, Florida.
