Attorney Jean Picon of Melbourne, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Jean M. Picon with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Barry University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly late for hearings and trials
• Show cause (contempt) hearings issued by several judges
• Failed to notice court of scheduling conflicts
• Failed to properly withdraw from representation
• Failed to appear for early resolution conference

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Jean by gifting her with a complimentary 10-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. Sept 2015), Jean practices in Melbourne, Florida.
