Attorney Anthony P. Capozzi of Fresno, CA;apologist for Judicial Misfits

The state of California presented Anthony Patrick Capozzi with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

In one matter,as a member of the California Judicial Commission, Tony found it acceptable to act as an apologist and enabler in regards to the egregious misconduct of Judge Dale Reinholtsen of Eureka, California.

Even though Judge Reinholtsen is an admitted perjurer who lied under oath so he could receive a judicial salary he was not lawfully entitled too, Tony didn’t consider said felonious conduct to be important enough to toss Reinholtsen off the bench.

What’s truly disturbing is the fact that Tony found nothing wrong with Judge Reinholtsen repeatedly perjuring himself and thereby collecting wages he was not lawfully entitled too. At a minimum, Tony had a duty to report Reinholtsen to the local District Attorney, a duty she cheerfully neglected.
