Attorney Randall Serrett of Shreveport, LA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Louisiana presented Randall P. Serrett with a law license in 1986.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to timely remit funds to third-party provider
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Randy practices at 126 Palladium Lane in Shreveport, Louisiana.
