Attorney Roy Raspanti of Metairie, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Roy A. Raspanti with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed prohibited lawsuit against a complainant who filed ethics complaint
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Professional Conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Roy practices at 110 Veterans Memorial Blvd in Metairie, Louisiana.
