The state of Louisiana presented R. Douglas H. Greenburg with a law license in 1973.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exchanged vulgarities during hearing in open court
• Committed a battery upon another lawyer

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Louisiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Doug was never criminally prosecuted for assault.
