Attorney R. Michael Moity Jr. of New Iberia, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented R. Michael Moity Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Mike practices at 340 Weeks Street in New Iberia, Louisiana.
