Attorney Robert Arthur of Manitoba, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Robert Cecil Arthur with a law license in 1982 after she graduated

from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with trust condition re: real estate matter
• Failed to act with integrity by misleading (lying) to another attorney
• Failed to discharge mortgage as required to do
• Failed to comply with repeated requests to take action by opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Manitoba Law

Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Bobby practices with the Robert C. Arthur Law Corporation at

304-2265 Pembina Highway in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
