Attorney Deborah Bowes of Nova Scotia, CAN; ethical misfit

The Law Society of Nova Scotia presented Deborah Bowes with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society found Debbie guilty of the following misconduct.

Breached code of professional conduct

Improperly accepted cash payments from client without claiming the income for her firm through the Canada Revenue Agency (tax cheat) for several years

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nova Scotia Law Disciplinary Board punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Debbie practices with How Lawrence White Bowes at 98 Gerrish Street in Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada.
