Attorney Gasper Schiro of New Orleans; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Gasper J. Schiro with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in New Orleans.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Gasper guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Took only sporadic actions during 20 years clients’ case pending

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Gasper by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Gasper practices at 2812 Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
