Attorney Neville Francis of Atlanta; ethical gremlin

The state of Georgia presented Neville Trevor Francis with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Neville guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain operating account
• Wrote check on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Three prior instances of private discipline

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Neville by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Neville practices with NT Francis PC at 1999 Detroit Avenue NW in Atlanta, Georgia.
