Attorney Linda Swartz of Stockton, CA; certified Dumbo

The state of California provided Linda Kaye Swartz with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Humphrey’s College of Law in Stockton, California, which is is a 4^th tier school that takes in loser that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA, UC Davis, Stanford or Pepperdine.

The California State Bar Court found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform legal services competently in two client matters (Dumbo)
• Failed to contact insurance company on client’s behalf
• Waited several months to contact Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board on behalf of her client (victim)
• Failed to negotiate with Medicare on amount to be reimbursed in regards to client receiving settlement offer in personal injury lawsuit

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (August 2015), Linda practices at 5345 North El Dorado in Stockton, California.
