Attorney Krystal Clemens of Anaheim, CA; repeater, moron
Unfortunately, the California Supreme Court gifted attorney Krystal Clemens with a law license in June 1992. It didn’t take long for Ms. Clemens to begin feasting on the Attorney Misfit Apple tree. Those bites at the Misfit Apple tree are set forth below.
1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In August 1996, attorney Clemens received a complimentary reproval from the enablers on the California Judicial Commission for “failing to perform with competence in two client matters.”
In layman’s terms she was declared to be a certified moron.
2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
Attorney Krystal Clemens was again disciplined by the California Bar Court on April 1, 2001 (appropriate date when dealing with a moron, right?) for the following misconduct.
Refused to return an unearned $3,000 retainer to client after she was fired
Took more than six months to refund $450 to client in unused money given to her to pay costs
Isn’t it comforting to know that this certified moron and ethical dwarf is practicing law in Orange County. In fact she is employed by a firm called “DADSLAW Inc.) that bills itself as an advocate for Fathers.
If I was a Father caught up in divorce and/or child custody matters in the Orange County Superior Court, I would be very hesitant to hire any firm that would employ the likes of attorney Krystal Clemens.
