Attorney Joseph Tosti of Irvine, CA; cheating loser

The state of California provided Joseph Michael Tosti with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In at least 23 instances, Joey settled perrsonal injury matters for his clients, presented them with settlement disbursement sheets which they signed, and then

negotiated reduced payments to medical providers but never his clients the difference. 

Joey's fleecing of his clients allowed him to improperly pocket more than $23,000 that he was not lawfully entitled too. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 70-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2015), Joey practices in the Irvine, California area.
