Attorney Charles Grove III of Dayton, OH; ethical leprechaun

The state of Ohio presented Charles Lawrence Grove III with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie elected to not notify twelve (12) clients of appeals taken by the prosecuting attorney. Making matters worse, Charlie failed to file appellate briefs on behalf of his clients (victims) in all twelve cases.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Charlie is employed as an Assistant Public Defender with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office at 117 South Main Street in Dayton, Ohio.

Apparently, the Public Defender’s Office won’t consider firing Charlie the Dumbo until he reaches triple figures in failing to file appellate briefs on behalf of his clients.
