Attorney David Lynch of Euclid, OH; perjuring loser

The state of Ohio presented David Marlborough Lynch with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave found it acceptable to execute a false affidavit that his client had not been convicted following the reversal of the client’s rape conviction.

Dave gave the false testimony in his affidavit despite the fact that he had appeared in court with the client when a negotiated plea was entered.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged for perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Dave practices at 333 Babbitt Road in Euclid, Ohio.
