Attorney Roger Spencer of Phoenix; thieving loser

The state of Arizona provided Roger K. Spencer with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly engaged in pattern of misappropriation (theft) of client funds
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Caused clients to pay for legal services and costs they did not receive
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Motivated by dishonest or selfish motive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Roger practices with the Law Offices of Roger K. Spencer PLLC at 777 East Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
