Attorney Robert Dunaway of Phoenix; serial offender

The state of Arizona provided Robert W. Dunaway with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law by representing 34 clients despite the fact that his law license was suspended
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Bobby practices at 4350 East Camelback Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
