Attorney Geoffrey Commons of Pasadena, CA; convicted bully

The state of California presented Jerry Jay Kaufman with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Yale University Law School.

The State Bar Court found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,  Geoffrey pled guilty to one count of making Criminal Threats and two counts of Disturbing the Peace.

Geoffrey’s convictions came about after he was with power for two weeks, which resulted in him calling the City of Pasadena and demanding his power be turned on. When the answering supervisor would not give him the number for the Department of Water and Power, Geoffrey said:

  • “I am now angry, I have an assault rifle and there will be many people killed including me.”

Geoffrey then went to the Pasadena City Clerk’s office and was abusive to city personnel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the state Bar Court punished Geoffrey by gifting him with a complimentary public reproval.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Geoffrey practices at 122 Patrician Way in Pasadena, California.
