Attorney Richard Cunha of Swansea, MA; serial offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Richard C. Cunha with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide medical records to opposing counsel before trial as required by Massachusetts law
• Failed to inform client that he could request a new trial date when medical records were not allowed into evidence
• Failed to draft and execute written fee agreement

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand and a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015), Dick practices with the Law Office of Richard Cunha at 253 Wilbur Avenue in Swansea, Massachusetts.
