Attorney Daniel Roy of Maplewood, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Daniel J. Roy with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Danny practices in Maplewood, New Jersey.
