Attorney Eric Feldhake of Haddonfield, NJ; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Jersey presented Eric Andrew Feldhake with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client that assistance client sought was prohibited by the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Engaged in conduct having no purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Eric practices with Kulzer & DiPadova PA at 76 East Euclid Avenue in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
