Attorney Michael Weber of Monmouth, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Michael Jonathan Weber with a law license in 1998.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required records
• Failed to timely disburse $935,000 of funds belonging to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mike

by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Mike practices in the Monmouth, New Jersey area.
