Attorney Connie McGhee of Newark, NJ; cheating loser

The state of New Jersey presented Connie Mc Ghee with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Connie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions about the representation
• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to provide client with written statement at conclusion of representation
• Failed to return unearned fee (cheater)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Connie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Connie Mc Ghee practices in Newark, New Jersey.
