Attorney John Allen of New Brunswick, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented John Charles Allen with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Asked grievant to withdraw ethics complaint
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Johnny practices at 292 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
