Attorney Danielle Leonard of Jamesburg, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Danielle Leonard with a law license in 2010.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to surrender client papers to client upon termination
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2015) Danny practices in Jamesburg, New Jersey.
