Attorney Juan Rodriguez of Leander, TX; convicted thief

The state of Texas presented Juan R. Rodriguez with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Rahul guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to theft of property
  • Sentenced to 12 months of community supervision

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Jose practices his brand of law at 2113 Milan Meadows Drive in Leander, Texas.
