The state of Texas presented Jan Laurence Sadick with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Vic guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver to his client funds that he was entitled to receive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,000.00.
