Solicitor Paul Scully of Dublin, Ireland; ethical misfit

The Irish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct in regards to settlement funds received on behalf of his clients from Residential Institutions Redress Board (RIRB), which handles cases involving child abuse.

In one matter, Paulie was adjudged guilty of failing to prosecute three separate client claims that involved personal injuries.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Paulie practices at Inns court, Winetavern Street in Dublin, Ireland.
