Solicitor Eoin Lysaught of Dublin, Ireland; ethical gremlin

The Irish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Eion guilty of the following misconduct.

• Deemed unfit to be a solicitor
• Repeatedly failed to respond to clients
• Misconduct involved at least 29 client complaints

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Eion by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
