Solicitor Thomas Flood of Dublin, Ireland; thieving loser

The Irish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Graeme guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to explain how certain valuable client items had disappeared
  • Failed to account for purchase of a piano and hostess trolley
  • Failed to account for sale of Irish Permanent pic shares belonging to client
  • Sold client property without client’s knowledge or authority
  • Furnished a share certificate with a signature that was not the client’s signature
  • Cashed a check payable to client for 3,043.0 Euros ($3,340.96 US Dollars) without the client’s knowledge
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
  • Failed to account to client for 35,000 Euros ($38,417 US Dollars) that Tommy received on behalf of the client
  • Failed to prepare final cash account for client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Tommy practices with Esmond Reilly Solicitors at Dargan House, Fenian Street in Dublin, Ireland.
