Attorney Melvin Neisner Jr. of Killington, VT; convicted felon

The state of Vermont presented Melvin B. Neisner Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found Melvin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Melvin found it acceptable to engage in serious criminal conduct involving felonious misrepresentation to a police officer.

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished Melvin by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Melvin practices in Killington, Vermont.
