The state of Louisiana presented Richard c. Teissier with a law license in 1987.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Dick practices at 636 Baronne Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
