The state of Louisiana presented John E. Settle Jr. with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to knowingly and/or intentionally disrupt the courts of at least two judges. He also knowingly compromised the confidentially of a Judiciary Commission investigation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Johnny practices in Bossier City, Louisiana.
