The state of Louisiana presented Tiffany Michelle Peterson with a law license in 2005.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tiffany guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to adequately communicate with her client 
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal or failed to correct a false statement of material fact of law she previously made to the tribunal or failed to disclose to the tribunal legal authority known to be directly contrary to the position of her client, or offered evidence that she knew to be false
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Tiffany by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Cindy.
